Are the treatments painful?
Most patients are surprised by how comfortable the experience is. Procedures are performed with local anesthesia, and the majority of patients report little to no discomfort during or after their appointment.

Do I need a referral to get a screening?
No referral needed. You can contact our office directly to schedule your free vein screening. We make it easy to get started.

What happens at my free vein screening?
During your screening, one of our providers will review your symptoms, examine the affected areas and determine whether further evaluation or treatment is recommended. There's no obligation and no pressure.

Does insurance cover vein treatment?

In many cases, yes. Varicose vein treatment is often considered medically necessary when symptoms are present, which means your insurance may cover part or all of the cost. Our team can help you understand your benefits before moving forward.

What causes varicose veins?
Varicose veins develop when the valves inside leg veins weaken or stop functioning properly. Instead of pushing blood back up toward the heart, the blood pools and causes the vein to swell. Factors like genetics, prolonged standing, pregnancy and age all play a role.

Are the results permanent?

Treated veins do not come back. The body naturally reroutes blood flow through healthier vessels. New varicose veins can develop over time, but the veins that have been treated are closed for good.
